First KLH CLT panels are now on site. Erection will be undertaken by Mint Construction. Duration 42days / 9 weeks. The whole 4-storey structure will be erected prior to the stair core of the south-western end which is a hybrid of steel stringer and CLT infill due to the geometry (1/4 landings). This stair core will be completed in a clear shaft on a purpose-built platform.
