Trinity Hall Residences, Cambridge
A new £9m development on Thompsons Lane for which we developed early construction logistics including road surveys, construction vehicle tracking, materials quantities and the construction transport statement for the planning application. Specialist silent piling techniques were employed to form a deep basement in the heart of the historic centre of Cambridge. The project completed in October 2016 and provides 72 rooms and conference facilities.
