The new building at the Stephen Perse Foundation represents a landmark for school design in Cambridge with a roof top MUGA.

Smith and Wallwork designed a steel intensive basement with raft foundation, concrete ground slab and a hybrid steel and cross laminated timber structure.

The 3000m2 building uses 90t structure steel, 170t rebar, 196t sheetpiling, 985m3 of concrete and 850m3 of timber to form the primary structure.
