Archaeological investigations are coming to an end on Trinity Round Church Street with construction due to progress rapidly. Gault clay can be seen in between the sheet piles at high level, pulled upwards during the pre-augering of the sheet pile clutches. Final basement level dig will be followed by welding of sheet pile shear studs and sheet pile clutches and formation level prepared to receive the BAMTEC reinforcement for the basement slab.
