Smith and Wallwork has been working with PLP and Cambridge University on a tall building proposal for The Netherlands. The scheme is 125m tall and 32 storeys.

A double layer inclined column structure wraps around the building to create a diagrid type stability structure. The building will use 11,500m3 of engineered timber equating to a timber use density of 0.45m3/m2.

PLP has released a 3d animation of the structure and building that can be seen here.
